Something else to think about

Along with my cardio exercise, I want to include some upper body strength exercises. I found this site which seems like something I want to try.

Cool! I should do some pushups too. The website's probably right that I probably couldn't do 10. :(

That 100 pushup program is really catching on. It sounds like a good idea. I guess I;m going to have to join in.
