Star Trek

I haven't been to a movie theater for such a long time. Tonight, in spite of a stomach ache and a head ache, I went with Sailor.

Oh, and can I say, it was SO worth it!

I have been a Star Trek fan since the beginning. In fact, I am sure that is why my S1 loves that stuff, before he was born, he heard the music practically every day as I tuned in to the next episode of the re-runs. They were hokey compared to today's amazing stuff, but still it was where they started. This movie shows how they started, kind of a prequel and it is the BEST prequel I have seen of any movie, by far.

If we both hadn't been so queasy from this flu bug, I think we might have enjoyed it more, we will have to watch it again. Needless to say, we weren't all that interested in food tonight. It was ginger ale and saltines for supper. Yeah Man!
